Four decades of experience and over 300 vendors and specialty processors ensure that we have the capacity to facilitate all stages of the product life cycle. From inception; to manufacturing, testing, and refinement; to supply chain consolidation and post-sales support; RA Industries, LLC’s unique combination of capabilities allows us to bid on projects others find unfeasible. Instead of just customers, we seek relationships with clients so that we may become a partner in fulfilling their vision.

Collaboration

By partnering with our client’s technical and procurement teams, our engineering team can consult on design and manufacturing techniques and minimize the risks to our clients.

RA Industries offers full-service end-to-end product manufacturing capabilities.

  • CNC and conventional Milling and Turning workstations manned by our highly skilled machinists.

  • Specialized processes (grinding, electrochemical machining, heat treating, etc) to facilitate any component requirements.

  • Electro-Mechanical Assembly Department including Class 100,000 cleanroom.

  • Inspection and testing by conducted by senior personnel.

  • Quality Assurance standards of 95% on time delivery and 99.5% product acceptance rate.

Continuation

Our partnership with our clients does not end with the delivery of the product. R.A. Industries, LLC’s Engineering and Client Relations departments continue the relationship with post sales support and logistics solutions. Our engineers consult with clients on ways to refine and extend the life cycle of the components and assemblies we produce, and we offer refurbishment services to mitigate risk and add value. Our component warehouse, “Dock-to-Stock” program, and experience working with clients’ Supplier Self Release (SSR) programs, allows R.A. Industries, LLC to streamline supply-chain management and greatly simplify logistics.
